Crystal Solutions' Sentry™ Product Named WTA 2012 Technology of the Year Finalist

Crystal Solutions has been honored by The World Teleport Association (WTA) by having its new spectrum monitoring product, Sentry™, named a finalist in the WTA's annual Awards for Excellence.

Sentry was nominated in the category of Teleport Technology of the Year by WTA members for its innovative ability to make efficient use of teleport resources.

Featured in Crystal Solutions' Satellite 2012 Booth #497, Sentry is the industry's newest spectrum monitoring solution. An affordable, easy-to-use software program, Sentry™ is ideally suited for television network broadcasting, satellite service providers, network operation centers, data and Internet, cell tower and ENG and microwave monitoring.

Sentry can work as a stand-alone solution or it can be integrated with Crystal Solutions' Monitor and Control (M&C) system. When integrated with the M&C system, Sentry can react to detected broadcast distribution anomalies and automatically route affected signals to advanced analysis devices for further investigation, or reconfigure earth station equipment to distribute content over an alternate path to fully restore services.
