Announces Partnership with Apex to Establish and
Scale Spacecraft Platform Production for Global D2D

Elveo Mobile and Apex announced
a partnership to establish a dedicated spacecraft
factory that will scale the global supply chain for
the Elveo-designed direct-to-device (D2D)
constellation. The partnership enables Elveo to
leverage Apex's Factory X model to rapidly stand up
its first satellite production facility in the U.S.
and build the technical expertise needed to
manufacture globally at scale.
As a vertically integrated
partner, Apex will bring proven spacecraft platforms
and expertise in high-rate production to equip Elveo
with the capabilities it needs to operationalize its
own production facility. Elveo will use this
blueprint to expand its manufacturing facilities
into Europe and Asia with regional partners,
building a truly global supply chain for its
low-Earth orbit (LEO) network.

Elveo's network will feature
patented satellite technology, compliant with 3GPP
non-terrestrial networks (NTN) standards. Elveo's
payload includes advanced on-board processing and
networking, enabling the network to rapidly adapt,
iterate, and grow to meet mobile network operators'
(MNOs) evolving needs.
