Rémi Rayet
Appointed Ceo Of Celestia Callisto
6th May 2026
Celestia Callisto has
announced the appointment of Rémi Rayet as
its new Chief Executive Officer.
Rémi steps up from the
role of Chief Operating Officer of Celestia
Callisto, specialists in radio frequency and
cryogenics based in France’s Aerospace
Valley near Toulouse, a position he held for
four years. With
responsibility for business management of
cryogenic products and services including
design and development, customer support,
training and maintenance, he has been
instrumental in delivering strategic growth
to the business and building its reputation
as a leader in the sector.
His career with
Celestia Callisto has been characterised by
a series of milestones achieved over a
twenty-year period with the business.
After joining as an intern in 2006,
he was quickly promoted to Thermal Engineer
and then Project Manager before becoming
Business Unit Manager in 2012.
A cryogenics engineer
by training, Rémi has amassed a deep
understanding of Celestia Callisto’s core
technologies that, whilst the business
grows, has ensured engineering quality
remains at its core.
Speaking about his new
role, Rémi says, "It is a privilege to lead
the company where I began my career two
decades ago. My journey
has always been driven by a passion for our
engineering capabilities.
As we move forward, I am eager to leverage
our unique expertise in radio frequency and
cryogenics, to drive innovation and
contribute to the shared success of the
Celestia group."
Celestia Group COO Juan
Becerro adds, " Rémi’s journey with us is a
testament to his technical excellence and
unwavering commitment.
Not only has he grown with the company,
mastering the complexities of its business
and the industry at large, he has helped
shape it to become the highly successful,
innovative company it is today.
We congratulate him on becoming its
new CEO."
