Aldoria
& Integrasys Sign MoU for Luxembourg
Space Defence

Aldoria and
Integrasys, a Luxembourg-based expert in
satellite tracking systems, announce the
signing of a Memorandum of Understanding
(MoU) during the GovSatCom 2026
Conference. This partnership aims to
jointly develop end-to-end solutions for
space safety and surveillance.
A strategic
partnership in support of Luxembourg’s
defence
As constellation
launches accelerate and orbital
congestion continues to grow, Luxembourg
has made Space Domain Awareness (SDA) a
strategic priority, in line with its
NATO commitments and a four-year defence
investment plan worth €5.5 billion.
Against this
backdrop, Aldoria and Integrasys are
combining their complementary expertise
— optical sensing and multi-source SSA
data management for Aldoria, radio
frequency systems and monitoring
software for Integrasys — to address the
operational needs of the Luxembourg
Ministry of Defence.
A priority use
case: LEOP tracking
At the heart of
this cooperation is the development of a
Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP)
tracking service. This is a critical
window during which a newly launched
satellite has not yet been catalogued,
posing both a risk to its operator and a
potential hazard to other objects in
orbit.
By combining their
optical and radio frequency monitoring
capabilities, the two companies aim to
detect, track and maintain custody of
new space objects from the moment of
separation, generating ephemeris data in
near real time to support a more
accurate understanding of the orbital
environment.

of dual-use SSA solutions serving both
civil and military customers. By
combining our ground-based surveillance
station network with Integrasys’s RF
systems and software, we are now able to
offer a comprehensive and innovative
response to the Luxembourg authorities,”
