Quadrille Ingénierie SAS
Inverto a the leading supplier
of broadcast reception equipment and video streaming
solutions serving major DTH operators across the
world. Inverto leverages strong R&D and software
capabilities and has secured a leading position in a
host of new breakthroughs technologies including
Ka/Ku Co-locate LNBs, dCSS, SAT>IP (IP-LNB),
multiscreen video streaming, WebRTC and more
recently DVB-Native IP.
Quadrille is a French
independent software and service provider, and a
leader in delivering content over[1]the-air.
Quadrille's innovative push technology answers the
real-lifie needs of media, entertainment,
transportation, public, and military
infrastructures.
Both companies are pleased to
announce they have agreed on the acquisition by
Inverto of 100% of the shares of Quadrille and are
about to engage in the merging of their activities.
