Exectiva

Ship
Equip
has
as
of
the
20th
of
January
acquired
51%
of
the
consulting
company
Exectiva
from
the
two
owners/consultants,
Stig
Even
Larsen
and
Lennart
Utgård.
The
company
will
from
this
date
onwards
become
part
of
the
Ship
Equip
Group.
At
the
same
time
a
long
term
consulting
agreement
is
agreed
between
the
two
companies.
Exectiva’s
also
works
with
developing
and
supporting
IP
telephone
systems
for
Norwegian
counties
which
has
until
now
been
their
main
customer
base.
The
employees
of
Exectiva
has
extensive
experience
in
broadband
deployment,
telecom
and
programming
and
will
work
closely
with
the
R&D
department
in
Ship
Equip
on a
number
of
different
projects.

maintenance
of
IP
based
telephony
systems
the
Exectiva
consultants
are
a
good
match
with
the
current
and
future
needs
of
Ship
Equip"
Ivar
says.

that
they
would
be
able
to
contribute

it

invest
in
the
company
he
says".
Following
the
purchase
Ivar
Nesset
will
become
the
new
Chairman
of
The
Board
and
Morten
Qvigstad
will
become
a
new
Board
Member.

is

in
Spjelkavik.
