TTCL
signs
contract
with
Avanti
Communications
for
national
deployment
in
Tanzania
Avanti
Communications
has
signed
a
new
contract
with
TTCL
(Tanzania
Telecommunications
Company
Ltd),
Tanzania’s
incumbent
national
telecoms
operator.
The
contract
will
expand
TTCL’s
high-speed
broadband
network
to
customers
beyond
the
bounds
of
fibre
infrastructure.
Deployed
via
Avanti’s
HYLAS
2
satellite
with
100%
coverage
of
Tanzania,
TTCL
will
supply
a
new
satellite
broadband
offering
to
its
consumer,
enterprise
and
government
customer
base
imminently.

TTCL,
