Due to the growing customer need for quality TV services and a steady increase of interactive televising in the previous months the number of the subscribers for IPTV and Interactive Sat TV (satellite) services has exceeded 400 thousand by today and the dynamic growth is expected to continue through 2014 as well.

From the end of January Telekom is expanding its digital cable and IPTV offer by additional three HD channels, so customers will be able to enjoy HD quality when watching the Sport2 HD channel, the Bundesliga matches on Eurosport 2 HD and several world famous light music concerts on MTV Live HD channels. In addition HBO Pak subscribers will also be able to track HBO Go contents provided they have the adequate internet connection — all this being part and parcel of their package without any fee adjustment.

Telekom is coming out with some additional novelty: from February 4, being the first in the country, it will render Fox, the entertainment channel of the world famous Fox International Channels available through Telekom’s digital TV services.  The new station will show new seasons of contents like The Walking Dead or Da Vinci’s Demons. In addition TV viewers will soon be able to see programmes of the Paramount Channel film channel on Telekom’s TV service: the new channel will select from the offer of the world famous Hollywood studio and films of independent distributors.

In the result of incessant content developments and successful negotiations with broadcasters Telekom continues to increase the amount of Moziklub (FilmClub) contents with regard to both series and films. According to plans subscribers of the discount monthly charged film package will be able to see during the year series like the Castle, Lost, or Flashforwards.  For  the price of a cinema ticket the offer designed for film lovers will enable selection on unlimited occasions from the set and continuously updated choice of the Videotéka: they can be „tasted” into at will and, if something else is desired, the new film can be started on the TV screen at just a couple of clicks.

Of course, Telekom’s Videotéka holds other surprises also: from March the latest episodes of the Revenge and Once Upon a Time series will continue and shown as usual within 24 hours from the US premier at the Videotéka.
