Telecommunications operator Signalhorn S.á
r.l has received the final approval from the Polish government
on December 4th, 2013. This approval is the final approval
required to proceed with the Signalhorn and Wojskowe Zakłady
Łączności Nr 1 S.A. (WZŁ Nr 1 a government owned entity)

After more than two decades of producing advanced military

Polish Ministry of Defense, Signalhorn and WZL will now be in a
position to offer these complex communication units worldwide.
A component of the expansion includes the creation of Nuclear

communication equipment allowing Signalhorn and WZL to certify
and produce communication solutions that will withstand Electro
Magnetic Shock in the event of a nuclear event. Such
certified equipment is in demand by a number of defense and
government agencies around the world.
“We are pleased to have received the final government
approval for this project and we are looking forward to
advancing our joint interests with Signalhorn quickly and
efficiently”, states Radosław Groszek, WZŁ Nr 1 President and
CEO.
“The ten year agreement between Signalhorn and WZL is
expected to yield significant economic results for both
organizations.” states Robert Kubbernus, Signalhorn President &
CEO. “Many government, NGO, and defense organizations have
significant requirements for transportable and mobile
communication solutions that support command and control
efforts. This also includes areas where peacekeeping and
humanitarian efforts are underway.”
