service is built on the SkyeVine
satellite platform that operates

Sat3Play satellite technology

market exclusively through
licensed and registered ISPs in
each country. The
registered StarLight Service
provider in each country also
offers users other value added
services such as voice, email,
Wi-Fi Hotspots amongst others.

that it is an end-to-end market
ready service incorporating user
billing and service
administration network. The
