Quintech Electronics &
Communications, Inc., is pleased
to announce that we have signed
an agreement to purchase 100% of
all shares of DEV Systemtechnik
GmbH & Co. KG.
Quintech, headquartered in
Indiana, PA, is a leading
supplier of reliable RF signal
routing equipment for over 24
years. Quintech’s product line
includes matrix switches,
routers, splitters, combiners,
amplifiers, and LNB power
supplies.
DEV Systemtechnik, headquartered
in Friedberg, Germany, is a
leading supplier of RF and RF
over fiber signal routing
equipment, including their
groundbreaking Optribution®
product line.

find the best valued solutions
for their applications.’
DEV will be a wholly owned,
independent subsidiary of
Quintech, with Joerg Schmidt
remaining as Managing Director.

telecommunications, and test and
measurement markets. This
transaction is expected to close
by the end of September 2013.
