are an opportunity to learn
about the different
orientations and activities
of each association, unify
and standardize criteria’s,
identify areas of
cooperation on matters of
common interest, as well to
facilitate the exchange of
ideas and experiences and
the knowledge of the
directors of each
associations.
"ESOA is very happy to have
participated in this
inaugural event. Satellite
has an essential enabling
role in future telecoms
eco-systems; networks will
become congested as demand
for bandwidth hungry video
content continues to
increase. Consumers want a
quality viewing experience
on all devices everywhere.
Satellite will help relieve
network congestion by
bringing quality content to
network edges and, as new
standards emerge, they will
bring satellite TV content
to all devices at home as
well. The future is hybrid,
where different technologies
are played to their
strengths so such discussion
between all telecoms
associations is welcome and
timely” noted Aarti Holla,
Secretary General of ESOA.
