Media Network launches
satellite broadcast platform
on
Arabsat satellites from
Baghdad

The Satellite TV Broadcast
Platform has been built at
the headquarters of the
Iraqi Media Network in
Baghdad, to broadcast
a bouquet, on Arabsat
satellites on its Hot Spot
26° East .This bouquet
includes all the Radio & the
TV Programmers for all TV
channels currently operating
from inside or outside Iraq
which crown the mutual
cooperation efforts between
Arab Satellite
communications organization
and the Iraqi Media Network
to develop both audio –
Visual Media infrastructure
in the
Republic of Iraq.

of the Iraqi Media Network
stated that launching of
this bouquet will enable the
Iraqi and the Arab viewers
to watch all their favorite
channels on a single
frequency across the Middle
East and North Africa and
large parts of Asia and
Europe. One advantage of
this bouquet is granting a
free and competitive
subscriptions , as well as
dispense the fixed
broadcasters, satellite
middleware, which will save
the high operating costs for
each channel, with the
continued high reliability
transmission , as Arabsat
has a full back up in the
orbit on the Arabsat
exclusive Hot Spot 26° East.

built a digital satellite
broadcast platform in

between the Iraqi Media
Network and Arabsat "
