SES has signed a multi-year capacity deal with Telekom Srbija on the ASTRA 3B satellite owned by SES and positioned at 23.5 degrees East.
Telekom Srbija is currently using capacity via SES’ orbital position of 19.2 degrees East to provide Direct-to-Home transmission of the public TV channels RTS Sat and Radio Beograd in Serbia. Under the new agreement, Telekom Srbija will utilise the additional capacity on 23.5 degrees East to feed TV, radio and data services.
