Vizada Networks Implements ‘One’ Customer Care Unit In Slovakia

Vizada Networks announces the creation of an all new customer service structure based out of its ISO 9001 certified facility in Slovakia. The new Vizada Networks ONE Customer Care unit has been implemented to meet the leading satcoms and telecommunications specialist’s commitment to customer focus and satisfaction.

Vizada Networks has invested considerably in the optimization of its backbone and infrastructure in order to become more efficient, enhance its service availability and to increase support for its global customers. The ONE Customer Care unit is an important part of the company’s on-going investment in upgrading its customer offering.

“Since 2007 we have reorganized the company structure from five independent units into a single global company, aligning all of our procedures towards the key objectives of customer focus and Satisfaction,” explains Stefano Vittor, CEO, Vizada Networks. “A natural progression of this is to bring our customer support facilities into a single unit, so we have decided to move all customer care and operational functions to our existing, ISO certified support facility in Bratislava, Slovakia.”

“By aligning all functions and procedures into this single unit, we will gain further opportunities to reduce inefficiency and bottlenecks resulting in a more effective service to our customers globally, on a 24 hour basis,” continues Stefano Vittor.

As a consequence of the implementation of the new ONE Customer Care unit, all customer support activities in the Netherlands will be moved to Bratislava, Slovakia. Vizada Networks’ Slovakia facility has since 1995 developed a proven track record in meeting customers’ support expectations, and will now take the full responsibility for all Vizada Networks installation and customer support including service management.

The migration of all Vizada Networks customer support services to Slovakia is underway, with a final implementation date of 1 January 2012. Customers will not experience any impact on performance of installation, networks services and availability during the process, which once complete will enable Vizada Networks to strengthen its position as a leading, customer-focused communications and connectivity provider.
