Speedcast Expands
Contract with Airbus in Asia-Pacific Region

Speedcast International Limited (ASX:SDA),
the world's most trusted provider of highly
reliable, fully managed, remote communication
and IT solutions, has ! expanded its contract
with Airbus, one of the world's largest defence
contractors, to include a partnership in the
Philippines.

with Airbus into this new region," said Andrew

Emerging Markets, Speedcast. "The extension is a
testament to the hard work and dedication the
Speedcast and Airbus teams have put into
creating a trusted partnership."
With this extended contract, Speedcast will work
with Airbus to build relationships and
partnerships with local agencies. It will also
provide X-band communications in the Philippines
region. X-band is a secure communications
frequency predominantly used by military and
government agencies.
As one of the only service providers with the
security clearance to sell X-band, and with the
only approved station for the Skynet
constellation in the Asia-Pacific region located
at Speedcast's teleport facility in Adelaide,
Australia, Speedcast has become a major channel
partner for Airbus in a number of countries
across the Asia-Pacific region.
