Supernet Limited has signed a partnership agreement with a European satellite operator for providing services to the European satellite operator and its end customers internationally.

Supernet Limited’s declared strategy is to start provision of its services to customers outside of Pakistan. The intention behind this strategy is to benefit from a substantial base of expertise that Supernet and its subsidiaries have developed over a long period of time in the core areas of its business.

Supernet has been making determined efforts over the last few months to actualize this strategy and is now happy to report that it has signed a partnership agreement with a European satellite operator for providing services to the European satellite operator and its end customers internationally.

The scope of the services includes network design and implementation, operations and maintenance, project management, storage and warehousing, equipment transportation, inventory management and equipment repair. The services will be provided through a combination of in-country and remote arrangements. The first order under the agreement has been placed to Supernet.

Ali Akhtar. Supernet’s Head of BU, Telecoms & Defense stated, “Supernet is one of the most experienced satellite communications systems integrator and service providers in the Middle East, South and Central Asia region. It is high time that we start exporting these capabilities.

This agreement is a big step forward in our push to export our services to our partners internationally. With this, we’re increasing our efforts to sign similar agreements with other players in the global satellite communications industry.”
