Channel NewsAsia Renews on AsiaSat 3S

AsiaSat announced that regional broadcaster, Channel NewsAsia, is continuing its distribution carriage on AsiaSat 3S. MCN International Pte. Ltd. which operates Channel NewsAsia, has renewed its contract to beam its signals in the Asia-Pacific region.
Channel NewsAsia offers news programming and content with unique Asian perspectives. The channel is widely available to all Asian cable and satellite DTH networks, terrestrial television stations, hotel networks and private viewers under AsiaSat 3S’s region-wide C-band footprint, which reaches more than 50 countries. From January 2013, Channel NewsAsia will start broadcasting “live” news 24 hours a day, as part of its plans to serve a wider international audience.
