Windmill International, Inc. Launches AQYR Subsidiaries

Windmill International, Inc. announced
the formation of wholly owned subsidiaries, AQYR Technologies,
Inc. and AQYR International, Inc. The new entities operating out
of
Hollis, New Hampshire formerly conducted business
as Windmill Tactical SATCOM Systems. Under the AQYR name, the
company will leverage the innovation and technology developed
for elite military Special Forces communications with the
release of new products designed to service public sector,
commercial and enterprise markets. AQYR develops, designs,
manufactures and supports compact, auto-acquisition Very Small
Aperture Terminals (VSAT) and accessory products.
In the military market, the company
has been nationally recognized for its innovation. The Small
Business Administration (SBA) awarded the group the Tibbetts
Award for its KA-10, Suitcase Portable Satellite Receive Suite
designed to allow Special Operations Forces access to the Global
Broadcast Service (GBS) high-bandwidth data feed anywhere,
worldwide. SBA presents the awards to companies and
individuals that have advanced technological innovation and
economic growth.

globally," said Windmill's CEO,
Harry A. Pape. Mr.
Pape will head AQYR's Board and
Laura Z. Dion will continue
leading the business activity as President of AQYR.
