OnAir Broadcasting Signs Multi-Year Deal with Clear Channel Satellite to Distribute Cafe Nashville

27 June 2013

Clear Channel Satellite, announced a multi-year deal with OnAir Broadcasting to provide satellite distribution for its flagship show, Cafe Nashville.

Cafe Nashville began in March 2008 as a one hour show – as the successfully syndicated radio show gained followers and the respect of the major labels and artists, the demand for Cafe Nashville to grow from a one hour weekly show to a daily show was inevitable. The overnight country music program features the biggest stars of country music, including icons like Carrie Underwood and Alan Jackson. Cafe Nashville provides an energetic entertainment and a cultural radio broadcast experience that takes listeners on a smart and surprising ride with interviews from various country music performers from Sara Evans to Rascal Flatts and Leanne Womack to Billy Ray Cyrus, and more. Broadcasting from their studio on Music Row in Nashville, Cafe Nashville hosted by Dallas Rogers provides listeners a backstage pass to country music.

"It was the demand of our clients that helped facilitate our growth over the years, so we knew that we must find a reliable and affordable solution," said OnAir Broadcasting CEO, Jody Van-Alin. "With several other shows in the works, we knew that we needed to own and operate a 24 hour satellite signal to meet our current needs. Clear Channel Satellite and their StarGuide platform was the best fit for our delivery needs and in the time that we have worked with them, they have been amazing at every turn. The professionalism and guidance that they have given us through their true expertise has been second to none. The staff is courteous, helpful and always willing to offer a quick solution to help our broadcast remain seamless. Thanks to Clear Channel Satellite, OnAir Broadcasting is providing country music radio stations across North America with country music programming 24 hours per day, 7 days per week."
