ORBCOMM Inc. announced that its
satellite data communications services are now
available in Belize, Cayman Islands, Trinidad
and Tobago, Turks & Caicos, and the British
Virgin Islands.
“This expansion of ORBCOMM
service availability in the Caribbean region allows
us to meet existing customer market access
priorities, recruit new VARs and introduce
ORBCOMM-based M2M solutions to key vertical markets
in these countries,” said Christian Allred,
ORBCOMM’s Senior Vice President of International.
“International expansion continues to be a
significant component of future growth at ORBCOMM as
it provides our customers new sales channels with
local providers. We continue to work toward securing
approvals in other key regions around the world to
further expand our global presence.”
