TrustComm is Awarded GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract

February 12, 2013

TrustComm Inc., has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) contract and inclusion on GSA’s IT Schedule 70.

As the federal government’s largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle, Schedule 70 enables TrustComm to directly provide government agencies with easy access to its comprehensive COMSATCOM offering.

This award expands TrustComm’s ability to deploy global, managed COMSATCOM solutions for the DoD.

Under Special Item Numbers (SINs) created by the GSA and under DISA’s Future COMSATCOM Services Acquisition (FCSA) program, TrustComm will provide Transponded (SIN 132-54) and Subscription (SIN 132-55) services. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award covers a period of five years with three, five-year renewal options. TrustComm’s GSA Schedule 70 contract number is GS-35F-195AA.

From its secure teleport and network operations center (S-NOC) at Ellington Field Base in Houston, TrustComm has successfully deployed a wide range of managed satellite networking solutions to many government agencies and commercial enterprises since 1999. TrustComm recently opened its new corporate headquarters with an expanded executive team and fully redundant S-NOC at the Quantico Corporate Center in Stafford, Va.

“With the recent expansion of our corporate capabilities and personnel, we are ideally situated to provide the most advanced COMSATCOM solutions supported by the highest levels of customer service,” said TrustComm CEO Bob Roe. “This Schedule 70 award enables us to maintain these high standards for all government and commercial customers.”

Roe concluded, “As a responsive, small-business contractor with ample resources, we look forward to working directly with DoD contracting officers to fulfill their complex, global connectivity requirements.”
