Globecomm Awarded Various Infrastructure Contracts Valued at $6.8 Million

Globecomm Systems Inc. has been awarded various infrastructure contracts valued at approximately $6.8 million.
Pursuant to the contracts, Globecomm will provide the following:
− Design, install and test multiple gateway earth station terminals and related subsystems.
− Trailer-mounted transportable earth terminals.
− Multiple vehicle mounted Ka-Band terminals to a foreign government customer.
Thomas Coyle, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Globecomm, said: "We are very pleased with these new awards, based on our Summit Earth Station and Explorer Transportable Terminals product lines. This supports our strategy of expanding our system products and solution offerings for the US and International government and commercial markets."
