Comtech Telecommunications Corp. announced today that its Santa Clara, California-based subsidiary, Comtech Xicom Technology, Inc. recently received an order for $7.1 million from a major U.S. prime contractor for Ka-Band power amplifiers.

Fred Kornberg, President and Chief Executive Officer of Comtech Telecommunications Corp., stated, "We are pleased to receive this large order which we believe demonstrates the critical role that our high-power amplifiers play and our customer's confidence to meet the requirements of the U.S. Air Force."
