Convergys Rating and Billing Manager Goes Live at WildBlue

Convergys Corporation has completed the upgrade to WildBlue’s billing platform to the latest Convergys Smart Rating and Billing Manager. Convergys provided the people, software, and tools to manage the implementation and is operating the solution within the WildBlue data center.  

“WildBlue expects to expand its network capacity dramatically in 2011 once the new satellite, ViaSat-1, is launched,” said WildBlue COO Kevin Harkenrider. “The ability to offer new services and gain increased flexibility with the new Convergys Rating and Billing Manager is a crucial part of implementing our growth strategy.”
