Hughes Network Systems, LLC has achieved the Cisco® Master Managed Services Certification. This certification recognizes Hughes' investment in the ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library) processes, practices, and tools necessary to provide high-quality managed services.
"We rely on Cisco technology to deliver best of breed managed networks for our enterprise customers," said Mike Cook, senior vice president, Hughes. "Securing Master-level certification validates that all aspects of our service and underlying solutions are truly first class, so our customers don't have to worry about their network and can focus on running their business. We're honored to have received this certification and, even more importantly, are pleased to have our customers enjoy this added level of service quality assurance."
As a Cisco Master Managed Services Certified Partner, Hughes has demonstrated the ability to deliver sophisticated solutions, met stringent requirements that reflect a depth of capabilities, and undergone an independent audit by an objective third-party auditor. Hughes was also required to offer at least two managed services using the resources and procedures necessary to deploy, manage, and support Cisco solutions.
"Hughes' investment in the Cisco Master Managed Services Certification ranks it among an elite group of channel partners with the resources to deploy, manage and support services for multiple technologies," said Edison Peres, senior vice president of worldwide channels at Cisco.
