Hughes Network Systems, LLC has been awarded over  $11 million in new orders for secure systems during 2010 from various Government customers. These orders were primarily attributable to new business supporting national security programs for the intelligence community and Department of Defense.

"We look forward to continuing to deliver advanced communications and networking solutions that meet the requirements of these important customers," said Rick Lober, vice president and general manager of Hughes Defense and Intelligence Systems Division.
