MTN Satellite Communications Expands Presence in the Gulf of Mexico, Opens New Global Service Center in Houston, Texas

MTN Satellite Communications, has expanded its worldwide presence by opening a new global service center in Houston, Texas. The strategic location is in response to customers’ increasing operations in the Gulf of Mexico and is a critical component in MTN’s continuous expansion efforts to deliver uncompromising VSAT satellite communications services across all regions of the globe.
MTN’s new Houston global service center will serve as a base for VSAT satellite systems installations and as a global spare parts depot. In addition, the facility enables MTN’s team of expert certified technicians to respond more quickly to customers’ communication needs with consistent 24/7 technical service and support.

Today, the company’s global infrastructure includes 260 highly trained employees with over 70 field technicians, 24/7 multilingual Network Operations Centers (NOCs), global spare parts depot, and unparalleled customer support. MTN has seven teleports strategically located throughout the world that access twenty-eight different footprints for seamless C- and Ku-Band coverage.
