Network Innovations and Galaxy 1 Announce Strategic Commercial Alliance
Network Innovations has entered into a strategic commercial alliance with Galaxy 1. The agreement brings great collaboration around value added services and scalability for both companies, as well as being mutually beneficial in terms of vertical market and geo-market alignment.
With commercial co-operation in markets such as, but not limited to, oil and gas and utilities, and geographic focus in areas including AsiaPac, the Americas and EMEA, the synergies this deal brings to the two companies’ customers, and the industry at large, are significant.
“We are delighted to enter into this strategic alliance with Galaxy 1,” said Andrew Burdall, Network Innovations’ Executive Vice President, Strategic Development. “The cooperation between the two companies is a testament to being stronger together, as we work to serve our respective customers in a continually evolving sector.”
Galaxy 1’s Chief Commercial Officer, Martyn Durant stated, “Galaxy 1 has a successful history of working with Network Innovations and its affiliated group of companies, including working with two organizations that Network Innovations has purchased over the last few years: CPN, based in Germany and Infosat, based in Canada. This expanded alliance builds on a strong track record of success, and we look forward to working cooperatively with Network Innovations.”
