QSTC Announces the
Launch of Quantum Series based UHTP Solution
January 1, 2022
QSTC
(formally known as AQST Canada Inc.)
announced launch of microGEO satellite to provide In
orbit services. The launch is schedule for Q2/Q3 of
2022.
QSTC Inc. also announcing that
they have successfully completed design and
qualification for their Small GEO platform-based
solution capable of providing 10-100gbps throughput
using state of the art SDR payload. This is quantum
leap in providing low cost SDR based solution to
meet new challenges in term of cost and schedule.
This will revolutionize the industry in terms of
efficiency and payload mass. This is a breakthrough
in payload efficiency, with its ultra high
throughput and ultra low weight, this is truly a
one-of-a-kind product and deliverable within 24
months.
“In next decades there are over
69 GEO satellites need to be replaced and we believe
our approach and solution will be of great interest
not only to established operators but also for new
small start-ups” said Gurvinder Chohan, CEO of QSTC
and one of our founding product principles at QSTC
‘is Space as services to the industry and mankind.
As more and more of our
customers look to solve their high throughput, low
latency, cost efficient (cost per mbps) and
schedule, we wanted to enable our customers and
partners with the ability to surface contextual
knowledge within Microsoft Teams. Customers can be
assured of flight heritage-based systems, low risk
and faster ROI solutions.”
“Organizations are increasingly
looking to provide non disruptive services while
replacing or launching new satellites
in shortest time period to increase their ROI. QSTC
provides that flexibility to launch their mission in
less than 24 months with possible design life of
more than 15 years”
