Tesacom signs an agreement as distribution partner (DP) of Inmarsat for Latin America

Tesacom announced the signing of an agreement that will position the company as one of the first Latin American distribution partners of Inmarsat, the global mobile satellite provider. The new status will allow Tesacom to offer innovative and disruptive solutions, supported by Inmarsat’s L-band and Ka-band services and infrastructure.

Distribution partner status gives Tesacom immediate access to new products, direct access to the operation area for faster quality control and customer service, as well as the ability to create more customized solutions. This set of advantages will allow customers to offer cutting-edge services at a high level of excellence.

Viviana Fonseca, CEO of Tescacom comments: "Thanks to this new level of alliance with Inmarsat, we will provide better value-added services and customized solutions, expanding the distribution network at a regional level. Signing this agreement between Tesacom and Inmarsat underlines the strength of the relationship between both companies and will allow Tesacom to continue to grow its business and adapt to the changing needs of businesses of the future".

Paul Gudonis, President of Inmarsat Enterprise, says: “We are pleased to announce Tesacom as an Inmarsat Enterprise distribution partner for Latin America. We have collaborated closely with Tesacom for a number of years and welcome this closer integration with Inmarsat Enterprise. This agreement significantly enhances Inmarsat Enterprise’s market access to the Americas region, meaning more organizations can benefit from the world’s best global portfolio of satellite networks, specifically designed for customer mobility, along with our Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) services.”

With almost 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and with presence in six countries, Tesacom search to offer the differential for those who need to be connected, no matter where they are. Therefore, the company sees this alliance as an evolution within the IoT market, providing more and better integrated communication solutions.
